CCPL
Developers Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1988
for the purpose of constructing a Five-Star Hotel. In
this connection CCPL acquired approx. 4 acres of land
(15932 sq.mtrs) in Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad from
GDA on a 90 years lease on May 10, 1995 and thereafter
the project was started.
Due to
the economic slow down and excess rooms availability of
5 Star Hotels, the promoters decided to change the project
to an integrated Shopping Mall, Entertainment center,
cum Hotel. The promoters have paid the fees for conversion
of the land from Lease hold to Free hold and the land
is now registered as a freehold .. The mall is very strategically
situated very close to the Inter State Bus Terminus(ISBT),
Anand Vihar, vivek Vihar, PatparGang & Mayur Vihar
and the upcoming metro railway hub.
